News | Sam Binga | Wasted Days | Critical
Bristol’s Sam Binga drops his debut album this Autumn on Critical Music.
Sam’s been pushing a variety of UK sounds over the past few years, staying hard to pin down and dabbling within the ranges of drum bass, jungle, footwork, hip hop and bass music. He’s released previously on Kasra’s Critical imprint, dropping first the gamechanging AYO with Redders, their followup, Lef Dem and most recently 2015’s Nuh Chat EP.
Wasted Days contains a hefty 17 tracks with features from the likes of Mancunian talent Chimpo and Fox, dancehall MC Warrior Queen, fellow Bristolian Rider Shafique and repeat collaborator Redders. Joint production credits come from musical peers Chimpo, Hyroglifics and Om Unit. The digital release is accompanied by a quadruple-disk vinyl, available via Critical Music’s webstore and all good record stores.
You can pick up Wasted Days on September 11th, until then stream Pound 4 Pound ft Redders & Rider Shafique below.
