This week’s ‘Trainer of the Week’ is the Nike Huarache LE in Umber Brown. The Umber Brown colour-way drops alongside drops alongside a Dark Grey colour-way. Both colour-ups in the iconic runner appear in winter inspired palettes with winter equipped tooling.
Originally released in 1991 the Tinker Hatfield designed silhouette stays faithful to the original construction for the Holiday 2014 iterations. The classic 1990’s runner stood out when it initially dropped 23 years with its unique construction. The composition of a neoprene sock-liner, soft leather upper and plastic heel cage offered support, stability and a lightweight build that wasn’t available on the market at the time.
The Huarache LE appears in a subdued Autumnal colour-up constructed with an umber brown neoprene sockliner for adaptive and supportive comfort, with tonal suede overlays encompassing the sidewalls, eye-stay and toe-cap, a militaristic coated nylon toe-vamp also appearing in a tonal hue, a tonal grippy rubber gum outsole broken up with a pristine white midsole adding depth to the palette by bridging the gap between the tonal uppers and outsole. Pops of black on the branding of the iconic plastic heel cage and circular rubber tongue patch accent the classic 1991 running silhouette.
Both the Umber Brown and Dark Grey colour-ups in the Nike Huarache are available at wellgosh.com at 00:01am tomorrow morning (Thursday the 26th of November 2014) RRP £83.95.
