Paleman’s got a new 12″ out on Swamp81 sublabel 81.

The Manchester-raised DJ, producer and trained jazz drummer has offered up two minimal and percussive techno tracks to Loefah’s cult offshoot, making his third release on the 81 imprint after the phenomenal Beelzedub in 2014 and 2015’s Like O.

Since releasing the first two 12″s for 81 Calum Lee’s developed his signature sound even further, switching audio software and trying new techniques resulting in uncanny material that legendary DJ Mary Anne Hobbs described as both “understated and genius“.

On Friday 12th August Paleman curates fabriclondon’s Room 1, performing a headline set alongside Special Request, Headhunter, Josey Rebelle, Lamont and Forest Drive West.
