Skeptical is back releasing on Exit Records.

After kicking off Exit’s 2015 release schedule with the 4 track Imperial EP, Skeptical’s back on dBridge’s groundbreaking imprint to close off the year, living up to his legacy with another 4-strong slice of top notch bass music.

If you like your beats dark and minimal, Skeptical has you covered, once again providing 4 cuts of menacing, technical drum & bass. As usual, his beats are powerful yet precise, utilising off-kilter basslines, powerful snares, sharp percussion and excellent use of negative space.

Lead track Just One Kiss is a half time roller which you may have heard doing some dancefloor damage as of late, whilst Collette Warren’s vocals on Between the Lines add a touch of warmth on an otherwise frosty EP, before dropping into a frenetic belter of a tune.

In the runup to the EP release, dBridge had some words on his good friend & signee:

“First time I met Skeppy was when he gave me a lift to Farr Festival. I rang him up to check where I was meeting him, and before he hung up he said “love you” … I caught myself thinking, “did I hear that right?” Those of you who know him, wouldn’t be surprised by this. He’s one of the few genuine, do anything-for-you people I know, and he’s bloody talented too. He’s also one of those lucky producers who have a sound of their own.
