#NowHearThis: “Gwaan Gyal EP” – Diagnostix (Encrypted Sound)
Encrypted Sound are back with their 11th release in the ENC series, with none other than Diagnostix. The launch of the EP caused quite a roadblock at Bristol recently. With a massive line-up consisting of Sam Binga, Aries b2b Napes, OTC Recordings, Nanka & the man himself – Diagnostix.
The five-track EP is a hard-hitting array of amen-break packed rollers. Encapsulating the underground sound that’s currently breaking through the scene. Vocal features from DNB Allstars’ ‘EJ Kitto’ and Taiwan MC bring the vibes on the first and last tracks and the rest accompanied together is a solid body of work, Diagnostix’s best to date some would say.
